Manuela Pokern

Manuela Pokern focuses her work on the areas of trademark and competition law. As a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law, she represents her clients in and out of court in all matters relating to intellectual property law and its protective rights or the various facets of competition and copyright law.

Manuel Pokern brings additional expertise in data protection law. She is appointed as company data protection officer for companies in the health and social sectors as well as in the manufacturing industry and advises medium-sized and large clients on all matters of data protection law and represents the legal interests of her clients before data protection supervisory authorities and in court.

In addition, Manuela Pokern takes on mandates relating to media and press law.

Desire for the world. With her 2nd state examination in the bag, Manuela Pokern took another break: She gave up her job and packed her rucksack. The following months in South America did not quench the Dresden native’s thirst for travel. But they gave her energy for the next steps: starting at Battke Grünberg and later starting a family – also very keen on traveling.
