“Juice shop” with tradition. For as long as Jan Rolla can remember, the HOSENAER winery has been part of the family and therefore part of his life. The winery has been producing natural, direct juices from the fruit of the surrounding Lusatian orchards since the 1930s. For Rolla, working in harmony with nature and his nine-strong team is a welcome balance to his day-to-day work as a lawyer. If he still has time, he indulges his passion for electronic music and synthesizers, which makes a record player in the office indispensable.
