“It’s a good feeling when, even under high pressure, we succeed in developing a viable ad hoc solution for the client.”

Karla Graupner-Petzold undertakes civil law mandates for Battke Grünberg with reference to contract law or procedural law. She reviews and drafts national and international contracts and conducts the associated contract negotiations. In addition, she represents clients before state courts in interim relief and main proceedings in order to enforce their civil law claims.

As a prospective specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, Karla Graupner-Petzold also advises clients from the commercial sector as well as in the non-profit and municipal sectors on all matters of corporate law. In this context, she supports clients in particular in questions concerning the employment relationship between the company and the managing director.

In addition to her main duties, Karla Graupner-Petzold is the contact person in the law firm for compliance with the obligations under the Money Laundering Act.

Viva la Weihnacht. Karla Graupner-Petzold loves her home in the Erzgebirge most during the cosy, snowy Christmas season. Nevertheless, she was drawn to the sunny side of Europe to study at the Universidad de La Laguna on Tenerife. During her legal traineeship, she made a leap across the Atlantic, where she got to know the work of a German-American law firm in North Carolina. But then it was time to start her career in Dresden – close enough to reach the nature of the Ore Mountains at any time.
