The focus on employment law has accompanied Kristian Glowe since his studies. In the Battke Grünberg team, he now primarily advises commercial companies and temporary employment agencies in this area on issues of individual employment law. Kristian Glowe also focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies on recruiting and employing staff from outside the EU.

In addition, expertise in church employment law makes Kristian Glowe a competent contact for the legal aspects of employment contract guidelines, the church service contract regulations and the Employee Representation Act. He also represents clients in church court proceedings and disputes in individual labour law. Since Kristian Glowe grew up bilingual, he is also happy to support his clients in Polish.
