Juliane Pethke, who specialises in public procurement law, brings her expertise to projects that have a connection to real estate law, private construction law or landlord and tenant law.

Juliane Pethke’s Public Procurement Law team primarily supports clients from the municipal economy and administration. She specialises in the preparation and support of Europe-wide tendering procedures, as well as representing clients in review proceedings under public procurement law. In matters of construction and tenancy law, she represents clients in court if necessary and advises on all aspects of contract drafting in this area.

In addition to her main duties, Juliane Pethke is responsible for coordinating the trainees who complete part of their legal training at Battke Grünberg.
