Anne Kiesewalter was already involved in labour law issues during her studies, when she supported the law firm during her studies. With the best Saxon law exam of the class of 2021, all doors were then open to her – including at Battke Grünberg. As a lawyer, Anne Kiesewalter now brings her expertise to bear in providing legal advice to employers, often to church-owned companies. Her focus is on drafting employment contracts and internal restructuring, as well as on the “day-to-day business” of human resources departments in terms of employment law – handling employee misconduct and claims for protection against dismissal or payment by employees. The focus is always on the proper involvement of the works council or employee representatives in order to ensure the legal effectiveness of the employer’s decisions.
In this context, a continuous working relationship is indispensable for lawyer Kiesewalter, as it enables legal advice that goes far beyond the solution of acute legal problems.
Love of home with hand and foot. The region around Dresden has always been Anne Kiesewalter’s centre of life and strength. Here she likes to be out in nature with her daughter and explore Saxon Switzerland. And here she also finds peace – with classic handicrafts between crochet and embroidery.
