Sabine Weber advises clients on industrial property rights, copyright law, data protection, media law and personal rights. She is passionate about the intersections of law, business and technology – and about how legal issues can be combined with creative solutions. Ms Weber finds strategic consulting on the development and protection of trademarks particularly appealing, as well as the legally compliant use of digital applications and AI.
Originally from Lusatia, Sabine Weber studied law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where she also worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law. After passing her first state examination, she deepened her knowledge with a master’s degree in commercial law. She completed her legal training at Battke Grünberg – and found the perfect place to start her career.
At Battke Grünberg, Sabine Weber is part of the ‘Green Team’ and advises companies on issues relating to industrial property rights, copyright and data protection law.
Change of perspective. When Sabine Weber is not advising on trademark or data protection issues, she seeks balance in exercise and creativity – hiking, cycling or painting. She finds inspiration in nature and in new perspectives – whether travelling or at work.
